Anna is a certified Holistic Therapist, Meditation Teacher and Strategic Leadership Coach. She is also a traditional herbalism, plant medicine, fungi and expanded state of consciousness enthusiast.

She has been guiding and supporting people from all walks and stages of life for 10 years in particular she has been supporting BIPOC Leaders and Young Women.

With integrity and care she guides and empowers clients to be their own medicine and healers and connect to their intuition, ancestors and inner wisdom to bring in the answers, resilience and support they need.

Past clients have found guidance with personal challenges, transitions, burn out, grief, heartbreak, work-life balance, leadership challenges, community challenges, healing and wellbeing, anxiety, depression, trauma and much more.

Pricing for wellbeing support sessions are a sliding scale price of $33-$55 USD for 30 mins session and $88-155 for 1 hour session, pay what you can.

Sessions are done online via zoom and go for 1 hour.

Please note Anna has a 24 hour cancellation policy. She understands life happens and can shift sessions 24 hours prior to a sessions. Anything under 24 hours you will be charged the full session price. No refunds are available.
